Job Description

The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for managing all government-related activities and ensuring the company’s compliance with UAE labor, immigration, and legal regulations. The role involves liaising with various government departments, preparing and processing official documents, and supporting employees with visa and permit procedures.Government RelationsHandle all activities related to employee and company documentation with UAE government entities such as:Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE)General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA)GPSSA, Ministry of Health, ICP and other local authoritiesProcess new employment visas, renewals, cancellations, and labor cards.Submit applications for work permits, Emirates ID, medical tests, and residence visas.Manage company Establishments issuance , renewals, and related approvals.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of government rules, regulations, and procedures.Documentation & CompliancePrepare and organize all official paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Maintain and update employee records related to immigration and labor documents.Ensure timely renewals of all related registrations, licenses, and insurance.Support PICG and finance teams with documentation required for audits and reporting.Employee SupportAssist employees with official requirements such as visa stamping, medicals, and Emirates ID renewals.Provide guidance on UAE labor laws and regulations when required.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding of employees.Liaison & RepresentationRepresent the company in front of UAE authorities and government departments.Build and maintain effective relationships with government officials to facilitate company operations.Stay informed on any changes in UAE laws or procedures that may affect company compliance.Excellent Knowledge of Immigration , GPSSA and Labour LawExcellent Communication skills in Arabic & EnglishExcellent knowledge of the procedures at the MOHRE, GDRFA office , GPSSA and Government authorities.Ability to build relationships and negotiate with key / senior government officials
