The successful candidates will assist in equipment purchasing and procurement-related administrative support. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build their career in supply chain or procurement operations with a focus on accuracy, communication, and process coordination.Key Responsibilities:Assist in processing and following up on purchase requisitions and purchase orders (POs).Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely equipment purchasing and delivery.Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and documentation.Support vendor communications and negotiations under the guidance of senior procurement staff.Perform basic data entry and reporting for procurement tracking.Assist in resolving invoice discrepancies and documentation issues.Ensure compliance with internal procurement processes and policies.Requirements:Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of working experience, preferably in procurement, administration, or supply chain functions.Educational background in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields is preferred.Proficient in English and Malay (both spoken and written) – essential for internal and external communication.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Good communication, follow-up, and interpersonal abilities.Basic knowledge of equipment purchasing or procurement processes is a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
