We’re looking for a Purchaser who can take ownership of our procurement operations across categories including electronics, smart wearables, travel accessories, fitness tech, and lifestyle products.About the RoleWe need someone sharp, organised, and commercially driven — a person who understands supply chains, forecasting, vendor negotiations, and fast-moving retail environments. You will work closely with our brand, retail, and operations teams to ensure stock availability, maintain optimal inventory levels, and secure the best commercial terms.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full purchasing cycle for all product categories across DenasterPlan and forecast stock requirements for retail partners (DDF, Virgin, Sharaf DG, Carrefour, etc.)Maintain optimal inventory levels across warehouses and store networks (Activ8, Motiv8, Inov8 areas)Negotiate with suppliers and international brands for best pricing, MOQs, and lead timesCoordinate with China and international suppliers for shipments, documentation, and complianceTrack product performance and place replenishment orders accordinglyWork with finance on costing, margins, and supplier paymentsEnsure all procurement processes meet company standards and timelinesWhat We’re Looking For8+ years experience in purchasing / procurement (electronics, retail)Strong negotiation and supplier management skillsExcellent Excel & forecasting abilityExperience with import/export, logistics, and documentationOrganised, reliable, and able to handle fast-paced environmentsBased in Dubai (or willing to relocate)💼 What We OfferA dynamic, fast-growing company environmentOpportunity to work across leading global brandsGrowth path within a multi-business organisationCompetitive salary + benefits
