QA Analyst

Our mission is to deliver reliable, high-quality software tailored to our clients’ specific needs.Position SummaryWe are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst who is passionate about quality and detail-oriented work to join our core team at Stack Overflight.In this role, you will ensure the quality and optimal performance of our software products through manual and automated testing. You’ll collaborate closely with the development team to identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring the delivery of top-quality products to our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, plan, and execute manual and/or automated software tests to ensure product quality and functionality.Run test cases, debug issues, identify defects and potential improvements, document them, and follow up until resolution.Generate detailed reports on test results and detected issues.Maintain and enhance testing practices and processes to ensure efficiency and consistency in product delivery.Design and maintain test cases and related documentation.Identify and propose improvements in both the QA process and the software development lifecycle.Collaborate within a dynamic, agile, and highly cooperative team environment.What We’re Looking For4+ years of experience in software testing (especially web applications), preferably in a startup or tech environment.Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium or Appium.Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes.Experience performing both manual and automated testing.(Nice to have) Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, HTML, or JavaScript.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing technologies and environments.English level: B1–B2 (intermediate to upper-intermediate) — required for daily collaboration and documentation.What We Offer100% remote work — work from anywhere.Flexible hours – set your own schedule.Paid parental leave, vacation, and holidays.A diverse and multicultural work environment.An innovative culture with the resources and structure of a leading multinational.Competitive compensation package.Opportunities to grow at the pace of your learning curve.Diversity & InclusionAt Stack Overflight, we are an equal opportunity employer committed to inclusion and diversity.
