The XM Cyber platform enables companies to rapidly prioritize and respond to cyber risks affecting their business-sensitive systems.XM Cyber is looking for a QA Automation Team Lead to join our team at this exciting stage of our company’s growth.Key Responsibilities:Lead an automation team (5 engineers), and provide automation services which are effective, seamless and easy to use.Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.Actively engage in daily tasks, develop, refine, remove blocks and reduce technical debts.Have a deep understanding of group tools and technologies.Set a high standard for code-review, design-review, quality and performance.Own, design, analyze and improve our tests, tools and services.API test automationE2E flows automationCollaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders, and provide great results under a tight scheduleRequirements:5+ years of experience as a Software\Automation Developer, with Experience in software programing (JavaScript/TypeScript )3+ years of experience as an Automation Team LeadExperience in automation and manual testingDeep understanding in automation infrastructureProven experience with PlayWriteDeep understanding of QA processes and methodologiesFlexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution.Knowledge of various testing toolsExperience with Microservices and AWS architecture - AdvantageIT background - big advantageExperience in testing cyber security products - advantageDegree in Computer Science or equivalent - Advantage
