You'll test modern web platforms and APIs, learning how to ensure quality across content management systems, user interfaces, and integrations. This is a great opportunity to develop your testing skills working with technologies like Strapi,, Sanity, Contentful, GraphQL, Next.js, and React.You'll work across the team with developers, designers, and other QA engineers to understand requirements and validate that features work as expected. Your day-to-day will include executing test cases, reporting bugs, performing API testing, and starting to build test automation. You'll collaborate across different projects and get exposure to various client challenges and technical approaches.This role is perfect for someone looking to grow their testing expertise working on diverse client projects. You'll get hands-on experience with modern testing tools, build test automation frameworks, and develop strong quality practices across different types of digital platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute manual test cases for web applications and APIs based on requirements and user storiesTest REST and GraphQL APIs using tools like Postman, validating responses and data accuracyPerform functional testing across different browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox) to identify compatibility issuesReport bugs clearly with steps to reproduce, screenshots, and relevant details to help developers fix issues quicklyTest multilingual content to ensure proper display of English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese textStart building test automation scripts using Playwright or Cypress under guidance from senior engineersValidate user interfaces for responsiveness across desktop, tablet, and mobile screen sizesPerform basic accessibility testing using browser tools and automated scanners like axeTest content management workflows in systems like Strapi, Sanity or ContentfulParticipate in daily standups and provide testing status updates to the teamReview and provide feedback on requirements and user stories from a testing perspectiveMaintain test documentation including test cases and test resultsMust-HaveWhat we are looking for2-3 years of QA or software testing experience, preferably testing web applicationsUnderstanding of software testing fundamentals including test case design, bug reporting, and test executionExperience with API testing using tools like Postman or similar REST clientsGood understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and how web applications workCross-browser testing experience and ability to identify browser-specific issuesStrong attention to detail with ability to identify edge cases and potential issuesGood communication skills for reporting bugs, asking questions, and collaborating with developersWillingness to learn test automation and new testing toolsAbility to work independently while knowing when to ask for helpNice-to-HaveSome exposure to test automation frameworks like Playwright, Cypress, or SeleniumBasic SQL knowledge for querying databases to validate dataExperience testing GraphQL APIs in addition to REST APIsFamiliarity with CI/CD concepts and tools like JenkinsExperience testing content management systems or similar platformsUnderstanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and how to test for themKnowledge of testing multilingual applications or internationalization conceptsExperience with bug tracking tools like JiraBasic understanding of version control systems like GitWho You AreDetail-oriented problem solver: You naturally spot inconsistencies and think through different scenarios.
