We are committed to delivering solutions that drive value and efficiency for our clients worldwide.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Engineer. The selected candidate will perform regular quality control and assurance activities, ensure compliance with quality standards, implement and monitor quality management systems, conduct quality audits, and oversee inspection processes. The role involves collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project deliverables meet established quality requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and maintain the project’s Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 and project requirements.Review and assess contractor submittals, including Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and material approvals.Conduct site inspections, surveillance, and quality audits to ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and standards.Monitor architectural, interior, façade, joinery, and finishing works to ensure full adherence to quality requirements.Identify non-conformances, initiate corrective and preventive actions, and ensure proper close-out.Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, reports, and records.Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal project teams to support effective implementation of quality procedures.Contribute to continuous improvement of quality performance across the project.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.5–7 years of experience in QA/QC within a design or supervision consultancy environment.Strong background in architectural, interior, façade, joinery, and finishing works.Good understanding of construction inspections, material testing, and quality standards.ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification preferred; additional quality certifications (ASQ, CQI, IRCA) are an advantage.Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.Previous consultancy experience in the UAE is preferred.
