Our people serve more than 200,000 medical facilities and work with over 450 clients, including the top 20 pharmaceutical companies in the world.Job Purpose:The QC Specialist shall be responsible for the overall quality control of stocks in the warehouse at various stages of the process flow and ensuring timely inspection and system release of stocks as aligned to the company mission, vision and core values to ensure achievement of customer fulfillment and service objectives of the company and in compliance with Client requirements, current Quality Management System, Regional Quality Standards and other legal requirements.Key Results AreasQuality Assurance Operations1.Responsible for the accurate and quality compliant execution of the following:Quality inspection of stocks from inbound to outbound at various checkpointsManagement of quarantined stocksInvolvement in other quality inspection requirements in the warehouse Activity executed through a defined verification procedure or sampling plan ensuring compliance with established procedures, client and legal requirements.2.Checks damages/manufacturing defects documented using an Item Discrepancy Report or other equivalent form accomplished by the Operations Team. Validates/ actual stocks and reports to Section Supervisor or Client as deemed necessary.3.Coordinates and or work with client and other involved ZP stakeholders on activities related to quality inspection or product disposition.4.In-charge of the management of Quarantined Stocks and performs other warehouse operational tasks which may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.5.Helps in the root cause analysis and creation of CAPA for deviations and other quality incidents.6.Helps in the validation (IQ,OQ,PQ) of key equipment, systems and processes.External StakeholdersQuality Assurance Teams of Clients, Customers, Suppliers and Vendors Internal StakeholdersDistribution Operations Commercialization Teams Other FunctionsQualification and Education RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or Sciences but preferably in pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related fieldCertification in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485) is preferredRelevant ExperiencesA minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Operations within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.Demonstrated experience in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean is highly desirable.TechnicalIn-depth knowledge of GxP standards and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to address quality issues effectively.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.Strong communication skills, both oral and written, capable of conveying complex quality concepts to a variety of stakeholders.Proficient in quality management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.Leading Change and continuous improvementStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating quality risks.Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on collaborative problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvementWhy Join Zuellig Pharma:We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where our employees can learn, grow, and achieve shared success.We champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring every individual feels valued, respected, and treated fairly.As a leading multimarket healthcare solutions provider, we empower our employees to gain comprehensive knowledge and expertise in the dynamic healthcare industry across the region.Data Privacy Notice: While processing your application, your personal data may be shared internally with individuals who will be involved in assessing your application.
