Quality Control Engineer/construction or industrial projects.

Responsibilities* Prepare and implement Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) and quality procedures.* Conduct site inspections and ensure works comply with project specifications and international standards.* Issue and follow up Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and Corrective Action Reports (CAR).* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.* Monitor laboratory and site test results and prepare technical reports.* Ensure site compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) and safety standards.Requirements* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent).* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in QA/QC within construction or industrial projects.* Strong knowledge of international standards (ISO, ASTM, ASME, ACI, BS).* Excellent reporting and communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).* Preferred certifications: ISO 9001, Six Sigma, NDT.
