In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our clients receive maximum value from our platform, fostering long-term relationships, and driving customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a passion for helping mental health professionals succeed. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where your efforts directly impact the growth and success of our clients and the company.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years experience in customer success, account management, or a related customer-facing role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex customer inquiries effectively.Experience with SaaS products, preferably within the healthcare or mental health industry.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Self-motivated with a proactive approach to customer engagement and retention.ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.Onboard new clients efficiently, providing training and support to maximize platform utilization.Develop a deep understanding of TherapyNotes.com products to provide expert guidance and troubleshooting assistance.Monitor client health scores and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for upselling or renewal.Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to address client feedback and implement improvements.Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.Create and maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, issues, and resolutions.Assist in developing educational materials and resources to enhance client onboarding and ongoing support.Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to provide relevant insights and recommendations to clients.BenefitsTherapyNotes.com offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support our employees' well-being and professional growth.
