HIRING FOR ONE OF THE LARGEST OIL&GAS OPERATING COMPANY IN MIDDLE-EASTMinimum 20 years’ experience in Quality & HSE Management within offshore oil & gas projectsExperience across all project phases: concept, FEED, detailed engineering, and EPIC/executionAt least 5 years in a senior QHSE leadership role with a major Operator, EPC/EPIC contractor, or international consultantStrong knowledge of QHSE and environmental regulations, international codes and standardsProven experience developing Project QHSE plans, procedures, specifications, and risk registersHands‑on experience in incident investigations, NCR/CAR management, audits, and corrective actionsInternational professional certifications in multi‑disciplinary areas such as: Welding/Non‑Destructive Testing (NDT)/Painting / Coatings / Surface Protection (preferred)IRCA‑approved and registered Lead Auditor (or equivalent) for at least one IMS standard: ISO 9001 (Quality Management)/ ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety)/ ISO 14001 (Environmental Management)Interested candidates can share their resumes on ginni@sofomation.com
