Solution Engineer

Job ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with marketing personnel in the Southeast Asia region to conduct technical exchanges with clients, prepare technical proposals, assist in reaching agreements on technical specifications and configuration lists, and contribute to departmental cost estimation for proposals (30%).Coordinate and communicate with senior domestic solution engineers on project proposals (30%).Travel to client sites in Southeast Asia for preliminary technical alignment and factory surveys/assessments (20%).Participate in discussions and analysis regarding technical standardization of proposals, product documentation, and exhibition concepts (10%).Efficiently complete other tasks assigned by superiors with high quality and provide timely feedback (10%).QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design, Mechanical Manufacturing, Mechatronics/Automation, or related fields.Language: Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Malay is mandatory, both for professional communication and proposal writing.Technical Skills: Proficient in SolidWorks (3D modeling), AutoCAD (2D drafting), and the MS Office suite. Experience with robotics VC simulation capabilities is a plus.Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience in solution planning or a related role.Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of mechanical design, mechatronics, and mechanical manufacturing, with a strong foundational knowledge of mechanics.Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with composite robots and their application scenarios, or experience in the semiconductor industry (AHMS), is highly desirable.Core Competencies: Strong communication and presentation skills, affability, excellent coordination and liaison abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure.Mindset: Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving goals.
