We foster positive community impact while providing our team with opportunities for professional growth, encouraging every employee to feel like an integral part of our journey towards sustainability.The RoleWe believe in the talent and strength of our team, so that, in aim to keep growing together, we are looking for a Quality Supervisor to join our Quality team.The person will be responsible for ensuring project compliance with Quality Management Plan (QMP) including QA processes, audits, QC inspections, and reporting Quality status to the Quality Manager and Project Manager.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the preparation, implementation, and reporting on construction projects that include:Quality Management Plan (QMP)Inspection Test Plan & Inspection Test Checklists (ITP & ITC)Project meetings, training, and processes required in the QMP.QC inspection forms and submittal process.Internal construction work processes and documentation.Subcontractor work processes and documentation.Verification that inspection requirements are met and performs random Quality Control check on all work prior to handover to client.Provide routine reports on project quality status and metrics to the Quality Manager.Report Data on NCRs, audits, lessons learned.Summarize data & review trends.Ensure that subcontracts are aligned with prime contract specifications for Quality Assurance and Quality Control.Provide training and coaching to the project team on processes required in the QMP.Work with production teams to ensure QA processes are being implemented.Standard Work InstructionsBenchmarksEnsure project QC inspections and documentation performed by the project team are in compliance with the QMP, ITP, and contract.QC inspection documentation (SWI & Benchmarks to match specs)Inspections are completed correctly and submitted within the specified.a) Compliance to specifications, inspections, SWI,b) Compliance to contract and qualityDocumentation is uploaded to the company database in a timely manner.Ensure that Job Books are prepared and updated by the project team.Ensure that Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) are issued, reported, and closed by the project team.Train on identification of NCRsTrain on documentation, Cause Mapping, and closure of all internal, client, and subcontractor NCRsCoordinate with Cost Manager on NCR's and obtain final associated costs to report to Corporate Quality Manager and ProjectContinuous Quality ImprovementConduct and record Lessons Learned.Implement corporate Lessons Learned on projects.Attends weekly coordination meetings with Quality Manager.Follows safety, environmental, and security Reports potentially unsafe conditions and uses materials and equipment properly.Skills & Experience Required:Bachelor’s or Diploma in Industrial / Mechanical engineering or similar degree.Minimum of 1 year of proven Solar farm experience performing QA/QC inspections to complete the installation of large Electrical/mechanical construction.Availability to travel.Why Join Us?Gransolar Group is more than an industry leader—we’re a team driven by innovation, sustainability, and support.
