Quantity Surveyor (Makati)

Responsibilities:Maintain costing of all related project costing.Responsible for Quantity Take-offs (estimates, costings, and bill of materials) of project/s for land development and vertical structures.Responsible for Quantity Take-offs for change orders and site instructions as may be assigned.Attends seminars for updates on cost estimation innovation.Check completeness of plans and specifications and coordinates with architecture department prior to estimating.Responsible for updates on estimated project cost based on current materials cost on assigned cost.Monitor actual cost of project assigned.Collates cost estimates of each item work for a particular project.Maintain cost data and labor productivity rates and update on a regular basis.Recommends alternative solutions to Architect/s based on cost implication.Manage the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software for procurement monitoring and job contracts.Responsible for encoding of Bill of Quantities in ERP.Attend coordination meeting with designers and project site engineers.Attends to other tasks as may be assigned.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Must be a Licensed Civil EngineerExperience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in in estimating of horizontal and vertical projects.
