Job Description

Sand & Sea Properties is looking for a highly experienced Real Estate Telecaller with strong knowledge of the Dubai property market.This role is ONLY for candidates with minimum 2 years of Dubai real estate telesales/telecalling experience.Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential clientsPromote off-plan & ready propertiesFollow up on leads and maintain client databaseUnderstand Dubai developers, projects & areasSchedule viewings and assist sales teamsWork towards achieving monthly goalsRequirements:Minimum 2 years of Dubai real estate experience (Mandatory)Strong communication & negotiation skillsAbility to convince clients for meetingsKnowledge of Dubai projects, developers & market trendsMust be based in DubaiWhat We Offer:AED 5,000 fixed salary10% commission on every dealOn-spot commission payoutsDaily fresh leads and high-quality dataFull management supportVisa processed after one successful closureOffice-based role with a professional team
