PA to CEO

We are hiring a PA to the CEO – RIVIA, DubaiRIVIA is growing fast and we are looking for a high energy professional to join us full time as we scale Dubai’s next big name in home fragrance.If you love scents, creativity, fast growth, and being in the middle of everything exciting, this role gives you a front row seat to real entrepreneurship.No corporate layers.No slow approvals.No bureaucracy.Just real business, real products, real customers, and real impact.Your responsibilities include• Managing the CEO’s calendar with precision• Booking flights, visas, hotels, and sometimes the best tables in town• Tracking fragrance samples, production orders, and supplier deliveries• Drafting emails and WhatsApps, following up, and writing clear notes and summaries• Preparing quick reports, competitor insights, and slides when required• Representing RIVIA with calm elegance in front of factories, distributors, influencers, and VIP clients• Keeping operations moving smoothly when things get beautifully chaotic• Supporting the brand with professionalism, speed, and accuracyWe are looking for someone who• Brings Gen Z style energy that is sharp, fast, digital, and curious• Has studied business or marketing or is pursuing an MBA• Is obsessively organised and hates loose ends• Has a minimum of two years similar experience• Speaks and writes perfect English; Arabic or Hindi or Urdu is a strong advantage• Stays calm, polite, and composed on the craziest days• Is fully trustworthy and understands confidentiality• Is sharp, presentable, and comfortable meeting luxury brands and senior leaders• Is already based in DubaiIf you get a rush from turning chaos into order and want to work inside a brand built around creativity and fragrance with direct mentorship and massive real world learning, we would love to meet you.CompensationAttractive Dubai based salary package with full medical coverage.Start DateDecember 2025 or January 2026Ready to join the journeyDM us or email your CV and a short note on why you are the one torashid@riviafragrances.comSubject: PA to CEO Your NameLet’s build something iconic together and make Dubai smell better, one home at a time.
