If you thrive in a dynamic environment and love being the go-to person for all things office-related, we’d love to hear from you!What You’ll Be Doing:Reception DutiesBe the first point of contact: Answer and direct calls as part of our shared national phone systemWelcome visitors with a warm smile and professional demeanourCoordinate postal and courier services to keep things movingHandle daily banking activities with precisionMaintain the visitor log book for a seamless experienceProvide backup support to the Operations Co-ordinator as neededAdministrative SupportKeep our meeting rooms and office spaces in top shapeAssist in client meetings to ensure everything runs smoothlyManage the office mailbox and ensure timely responsesBook travel arrangements and manage access cards, including quarterly reconciliationsMaintain and replenish stationery and office suppliesCoordinate catering and support branch events to create memorable experiencesWhat We’re Looking For:We’re seeking someone who brings energy, professionalism, and a can-do attitude to the role.
