Job Description

Responsibilities:Greet and assist visitors and employees in a professional manner.Manage front-desk operations, appointments, and meeting room schedules.Coordinate basic travel arrangements such as bookings and confirmations when required.Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, document preparation, and maintaining office records.Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages).Maintain office supplies and liaise with vendors when needed.Assist other departments with administrative support as requested.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree and equivalent experience.Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant preferred.Good in English with written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office equipment.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
