Profile: ReceptionistContract Period: 1 March 2026 to 28 February 2027Working HoursMondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)Fridays: 9:00am to 6:00pm (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)No service required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidaysScope of ServicesAs a Receptionist, you will perform frontline reception duties and support the Administration Team to ensure smooth daily operations within the school.Responsibilities IncludeProviding good frontline customer service, including handling telephone and in-person enquiries, and assisting students and staff.Managing and compiling data, as well as drafting simple correspondences.Collecting and verifying documents.Performing general office administrative duties, ad-hoc logistics and operational support.Carrying out any other general duties or projects assigned by the school.Qualifications and SkillsRequirementsPreferably 21 years and above, responsible, mature, and mobile.Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.Possess at least one of the following qualifications: Certificate/Nitec/Higher Nitec in Office Skills, Service Skills, Business Studies, Accounting, Business Administration, Business IT, or Secretarial Practice; or Minimum 3 GCE ‘O’ Level passes including English or Mathematics, or equivalent ESS Career Readiness Certificate (Operations); or Minimum 3 GCE ‘N’ Level passes including at least P3 in English and Mathematics, or equivalent WPLN Level 5.Good communication skills and a positive working attitude.At least 2 years of relevant experience in frontline customer service or general administration, preferably in a school environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using IT systems.Knowledge of basic first-aid is an added advantage.
