Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter in Cairo, Egypt, specializing in blue-collar (furniture) recruitment. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and hiring qualified candidates for various blue-collar roles related to furniture production and manufacturing. Day-to-day tasks involve posting job ads, screening applications, conducting interviews, coordinating with client organizations, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the hiring process. The role requires building relationships with candidates and stakeholders to fulfill organizational hiring goals efficiently. Qualifications Strong recruitment skills, including sourcing and screening candidates for blue-collar positionsExperience in designing and posting job ads, maintaining recruitment databases, and utilizing hiring platformsExcellent communication, interviewing, and negotiation skillsAbility to understand job requirements within the furniture and manufacturing industryAttention to detail and proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and related softwareStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies at onceRelevant prior experience in recruiting, particularly in blue-collar sectors, is highly desirableBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
