Job Description

Role DescriptionPerform Compensation & Benefits (C&B) services as defined in department/team scope and yearly operational department/team plans 2. Complete monthly payroll calculation and ensure that all employee transactions have been accurately reflected in the calculation. 3. Continuous improvement of C&B processes and tools in the area of responsibility, implementing innovative best practices within HR and towards the business; focus on support of business. 4. Researching compensation and benefits policies and plans. Ensuring compensation and benefits plans are cost-effective and competitive. 5. Comparing benefits and compensation plans, job classifications, and salaries through data and cost analyses. 6. Assist in implementing and administering benefit programs, workers’ compensation, employee assistance, retirement and other plans. 7. Design compensation packages and bonus programs for management/staff that align with the company’s strategic plan. 8. Design salary Scheme and incentives programs 9. Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation and pay equity. 10. Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs. 11. Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks, analyze surveys to ensure appropriate compensation across all departments. 12. Forecast budget for salary increases, Manpower Plans. Qualifications Experience 7-10 years in Payroll, compensation and benefits function. Bachelor's degree. HR Diploma is a must. Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits Familiarity with various types of ERP systemsAdequate knowledge of designing Salary scheme, HAY based is preferred Adequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulations Excellent Command in English is a must.Excellent Command in MS. Excel and MS. Power BI is a must. Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
