Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Supervisor based in Alexandria, Egypt. The HR Supervisor will oversee and manage human resources operations, including onboarding, implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and monitoring performance management processes. The role requires effective collaboration with internal teams and leadership to ensure smooth operations and compliance. Qualifications Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) operations and practicesStrong skills in HR Management and HR Policies implementationExperience in managing Employee Relations and resolving workplace conflicts effectivelyKnowledge and expertise in Performance Management systems and processesExcellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skillsProficiency in data analysis and reporting related to HR metricsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldPrevious experience in an HR supervisory role and familiarity with local labor laws is advantageous
