The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, sourcing and attracting top talent, conducting interviews, and supporting the onboarding process. Additionally, the Recruitment Manager will collaborate with department heads to fulfill staffing needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Qualifications Proficiency in recruitment strategies, candidate screening, and interview facilitationStrong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage and maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment databasesExperience in workforce planning and understanding of labor laws and hiring practicesCapability to analyze recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvementBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldProficiency in English and Arabic is an advantagePrevious experience in a managerial recruitment position is preferred
