The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing potential candidates to successfully onboarding new hires. The role includes developing strategies to strengthen employer branding and building effective recruiting processes to attract talented individuals. Strong communication and collaboration with hiring managers are essential to ensure alignment with organizational goals and team needs. Qualifications Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting methodologiesProficiency in Hiring practices and Interviewing techniquesKnowledge of Employer Branding strategies and implementationStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage competing priorities effectively in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)Previous experience within the real estate or a related industry is a plusBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
