What we are looking for:We are seeking a highly proactive and results-driven Recruiter to lead the full recruitment cycle for our company. This role requires a hands-on attitude to ensure fast and effective hiring. As the dedicated recruiter, you will be responsible for building a strong talent pipeline, managing job marketing campaigns and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.  Key Responsibilities:Actively source and attract top talent through LinkedIn and other local and international hiring sitesBuild and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future staffing needsIdentify niche talent through targeted searches and recruitment strategiesManage and optimize all job ads, company posts and campaigns on LinkedIn and other local and international sites to maximize exposureSchedule and conduct interviews based on business needs and forecasted hiring demandAssess candidate skills, experience and culture fit, providing strong recommendations to hiring managersOrganize any follow-up interviews and manage communication throughout the hiring processMaintain and update internal CV database to ensure accurate candidate trackingPrepare recruitment reports for senior management as requiredIdentify ways to speed up and enhance the hiring process while maintaining quality standards Requirements:2-4 years of Recruitment experienceProficiency in English is required.
