Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrative Assistant to support our HR operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an accounting, auditing, or professional services environment and will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR functions and ensuring smooth internal operations.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & AdministrationManage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, induction, and exit procedures.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system.Administer employee benefits, visa processing, and medical insurance applications.Oversee attendance, leave management, and employee absence tracking.Handle DMCC portal updates, employee visa renewals, and related documentation.Recruitment & StaffingCoordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.Manage job postings, screen applications, and schedule interviews.Prepare and issue offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation.Ensure a smooth and professional onboarding experience for new joiners.Compliance & DocumentationEnsure compliance with UAE Labor Law and internal company policies.Prepare and maintain HR documentation including job descriptions, employee handbooks, SOPs, and policies.Maintain systematic filing of HR and insurance records.Assist with labor audits, compliance checks, and required reports.Employee Relations & EngagementAddress employee concerns and escalate issues when necessary.Organize internal engagement activities, events, and recognition programs.Support initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work culture.Assist in coordinating employee trainings as per management directives.Performance ManagementSupport the performance appraisal cycle and ensure timely completion of evaluations.Assist in implementing Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and maintain related documentation.Provide basic data analysis and reporting on performance metrics.Payroll & BenefitsPrepare monthly payroll inputs and coordinate with finance for accurate payroll processing.Handle statutory and non-statutory deductions in line with UAE regulations.Address payroll-related queries and ensure timely communication with employees.Qualifications & SkillsEducationBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).Experience1–3 years of HR experience, ideally within an accounting, auditing, or professional services firm.Technical SkillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll software.Solid understanding of UAE Labor Law and HR compliance processes.Soft SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.Professional, empathetic, and a strong team player.Why Join Us?Join a fast-growing professional services firm where your contributions truly matter.
