Human Resources Analytics Specialist

Job Description:Collect, clean, and analyze HR-related data, including employee engagement, turnover, performance, and compensation metrics.Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).Partner with HR leadership to identify key workforce trends and support strategic talent decisions.Build predictive models and forecasting tools for workforce planning and talent acquisition.Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy standards and organizational policies.Provide insights and recommendations on HR processes, diversity and inclusion metrics, and employee experience improvement.Work cross-functionally with IT, Finance, and other departments to integrate human capital analytics with broader business strategies.Support automation of HR reporting and analytics workflows for efficiency.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in HR analytics or workforce analytics roles.Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik), data manipulation (Excel, SQL, Python, or R), and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).Strong understanding of HR processes and metrics (recruitment, attrition, performance management, compensation, etc.).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills.Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.Experience with predictive analytics and data modeling is a plus.
