We Are looking for a Recruiter/HR Assistant for Omnilife USAJob descriptionThe onsite Recruiter/HR Assistant will be responsible for attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews and managing the hiring paperwork. This person will support pre-hire efforts by ensuring a seamless experience for Omnilife’s growing pool of talented candidates. The Recruiter/HR Assistant will be responsible for flawless execution of offer letters, pre-employment background and client facing support. Additional responsibilities include process analysis and documentation as well as identifying and implementing process improvements or enhancements within the department area.Responsibilities:Utilize applicant tracking system to manage the hiring lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.Background processing, drug screening and electronic I-9 verification.Works closely with internal sales and management team to assess immediate and long term hiring needs to successfully meet hiring goals.Daily monitoring and management of employee time records (clockings) to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.Prepares, plans and conducts new hire orientation.Ensures all required documents are on file for employees throughout employment.Communicates with other stakeholders on new hires as needed.Complies with all work instructions and standard operating procedures.Takes regular action to improve processes within the department.Assists the Human Resources Manager and HR Generalist as needed.Maintains required reports and records, legal compliance and other HR related projects including but not limited to events, training, development and benefits.Serves employees by responding to their questions and concerns.Provide responses to employee inquiries on HR issues, HR related rules and regulations, respond to employment verification requests, salary and benefit surveys and other requests, when necessary.Provide general clerical and administrative support; draft and type letters and other correspondence related to assigned human resources programs and activities; prepare a variety of reports, including technical reports and status reports related to human resources management and recruitment programsExplain job benefits and general terms and conditions of employment to employees, when necessary.Position will be ONSITE 4 days and 1 day work from home (WFH)Perform a variety of general office support duties.Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Service oriented, identifies as a team player with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Self-motivated, results oriented, extremely well organized and detail orientedStrong problem solving skillsAbility to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities and tasks to meet goals and deadlines.Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) or other recruiting / HR systems / platforms is a plus.Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.Proficient in MS office products.Must be fully bilingual in Spanish and English (read, write and speak).EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.3+ years of recruiting experience**Salaried-Exempt** Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, 100% Paid life insurance, 15 PTO days, 13 paid holidays, 40% employee discountJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programEmployee discountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayWork Location: In person
