In a nutshellOur Recruitment team plays a crucial role in finding top talent worldwide and persuading them to join Picnic. If you have excellent communication skills, thrive on identifying the right profiles, and know how to get candidates excited about unique challenges, we want to hear from you! Understanding the profiles we seek is key, as finding the right people is vital to our success. As a working student, you get the opportunity to join our Recruitment team - helping with events, sourcing, and recruitment initiatives! We are looking for someone who can support our team for at least 16-20 hours a week (the more the merrier).Tricks of the tradeCollaboration: You'll work closely with our recruiters and various internal teams to understand the specific requirements for open positionsSourcing: Using LinkedIn Search and other search techniques, you'll actively look for potential candidates and approach them to explore opportunities at PicnicStrategy: You'll support the team with creative strategies that help build the talent pipelines with unique talentInnovation: You'll bring fresh ideas and provide valuable input to enhance our talent pipeline processes and improve overall recruitment outcomesFor example, every year at Picnic we organize a Business Course event for potential Analyst candidates (see video here). In 2025, it could be YOU the one recruiting for it, together with the support of our Analytics Recruitment team.Your superpowersYou are currently pursuing studies in Psychology, HRM, Business Administration or similar fieldsYou have prior internships or working-student experience in active sourcing or recruitingYou are ambitious and dare to generate and share cool ideas all the timeExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German/FrenchYou are a team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail At Picnic, we use Greenhouse as our ATS.
