MidPlaza Holding is seeking a talented and experienced Recruitment Manager. As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions. You will play a crucial role in identifying top talent and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strategic mindset.Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talentSource and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and fitCollaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirementsManage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and offer negotiationBuild and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcingMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS systemEnsure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulationsStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitmentRequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fieldMinimum 8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a managerial roleProven track record of sourcing and hiring top talentStrong knowledge of recruitment best practices and current trendsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managersStrong organizational and time management skillsProficiency in recruitment softwareExperience in the hospitality industry is a plus
