Job DescriptionsResponsible for end to end recruitment process including sourcing, assessment, offering, and onboarding.Arrange and coordinate recruitment plans and events such as virtual recruitment, online campus hiring, etc.Manage our talent pipeline and candidate databank.Provide support for our centralized recruitment system to meet targeted fulfillment and SLA.Engage in ongoing recruitment improvement projects.Job QualificationsCandidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree.Minimum 3 years experience as recruiter / talent acquisition. Preferably having background in recruitment consultant.An ideal candidate is resilient, resourceful, and initiative.Must be willing to be placed: Head Office, Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang (Full WFO)
