Job OverviewJoin a dynamic and fast-paced UK-based recruitment team as a Recruitment Support Assistant, working closely with a senior recruiter to streamline operations and increase productivity. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with strong organisational skills, a background in VA/PA work, and a solid understanding of the UK education market.You’ll be the right-hand support in a 360-degree recruitment desk – handling everything from posting ads and chasing applications to managing inboxes and running candidate outreach campaigns. If you're self-motivated, quick to act, and eager to be part of a growing, driven team, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.Key ResponsibilitiesPost job advertisements using varied formats and creative stylesUse a candidate database to identify and engage suitable talentManage and triage a shared application inbox, proactively following up with candidatesConduct regular check-in and follow-up calls with candidatesSchedule and join Zoom calls with the recruiter and candidatesSupport in building and executing marketing campaigns across different channelsCommunicate with a second recruitment arm focusing on teacher rolesWrite engaging replies and tag relevant team members as needed on internal platformsEnsure efficient communication and collaboration within a 9-person teamAnticipate and resolve issues with a common-sense, solution-first approachDemonstrate initiative and confidenceBring a hardworking, “say-it-once” mindset to every taskRequirementsQualifications & Experience2+ years of experience in a VA, PA, or administrative support roleStrong command of written and spoken EnglishFamiliarity with the UK education or recruitment sector is highly advantageousProven ability to work independently in a remote environmentSolid understanding of candidate engagement, inbox management, and digital toolsExperience with Zoom, databases, and campaign tools is a plusHigh attention to detail, excellent time management, and strong interpersonal skillsOwn laptop/computer and access to reliable, high-speed internet
