Think mini-founder energy: entrepreneurial, socially magnetic, commercially savvy, and deeply connected to the pulse of your region.Your mission: turn BON CHARGE from a premium wellness brand into a cultural movement in your market.What You'll Lead1. Regional Community Strategy & GrowthBuild and execute a community strategy that aligns with our global vision and feels native to your region.Identify cultural opportunities: Subcultures, wellness hubs, and institutions to expand influence.Establish scalable community “hubs” that create belonging and momentum.Localise global campaigns into culturally resonant executions.2. Ambassadors, Influencers & Practitioner EcosystemBuild relationships with high-calibre local talent: creators, experts, athletes, practitioners, studios, and wellness entrepreneurs.Pass ambassador and influencer leads to the Acquisition team.Support and collaborate with local Scientific Advisory contributors.3. Events & Experiences Lead unforgettable BON CHARGE in person community events, activations, partnerships, and VIP experiences.Build rituals and recurring community-led experiences across the region.4. Local Digital Community DevelopmentPass regionally relevant content and storytelling leads back to Sydney HQ for them to create online marketing moments.Source transformations, UGC, ritual content, and local community stories and feed into the Social Media and Marketing teams.Track emerging wellness, longevity, beauty, and tech trends unique to your region and share with our marketing HQ.5. Voice of the CommunityGather and translate insights into clear recommendations for Product, Marketing, PR, CX, and Brand.Build systems to collect case studies, testimonials, and consumer impact stories.6. Local PR & Media InfluenceAct as a local spokesperson (with training).Support regional PR agencies with storytelling angles, talent, and media opportunities.7. Partnerships & Ecosystem BuildingIdentify premium partnership opportunities with gyms, hotels, spas, biohacking studios, universities, corporates, and cultural leaders.
