Regional Business Development Manager (Mechanical Systems / Data Center / MNC / Base Salary up to 160,000SGD)

Our client is a MNC that specialized in manufacturing and supplying building materials solutions to various construction markets. They are currently seeking a Regional Business Development for their South East Asia business. This role will be covering the data center space in the region. RESPONSIBILITIES:Prospect and visit Owners, Consultants and Contractors in the data center space in order to promote Products/Systems for piping and fittings application/projectsPursue and obtain acceptance in specifications of Products/Systems by Owners, Consultants and ContractorsEnsure the promotion of Products in the territory by means of seminars, training, technical literature and technical support.Manage local distributor and ensure proper information flow is available and maintainedVisit job sites and follow up the installation process/procedure by contractors, train contractor's personnel in usage and installationProvide weekly reports on activities and marketing intelligence in the territoryPerform other duties assignedREQUIREMENTS:Degree in relevant studiesMinimum 5yrs professional sales experience in mechanical based products/system solutions for the construction market in the data center space Good network and contacts within the data center construction ecosystem Strong communication skills and professional appearance, high proficiency in written and spoken English.Self-motivated, independent, aggressive, objective driven and results oriented
