Regional Financial Director

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Regional Financial Director to lead and oversee the financial operations across multiple countries within our region. This role is responsible for ensuring financial integrity, driving performance, and supporting executive decision-making through robust financial analysis and strategic planning.Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement regional financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives. • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes. • Oversee financial reporting to ensure accuracy, compliance, and transparency. • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial health of the region. • Analyze business performance to identify risks, opportunities, and efficiency improvements. • Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP, tax regulations, and internal control frameworks. • Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely corrective actions. • Lead, mentor, and develop finance teams across multiple countries. • Partner with cross-functional leaders to support commercial, operational, and strategic initiatives. • Evaluate business cases for investments, market expansions, and new opportunities.Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred. • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles, preferably at a regional level. • Strong command of international accounting standards and multi-country operations. • Demonstrated ability to lead both strategic planning and day-to-day financial operations. • Experience managing multicultural and geographically dispersed teams. • Advanced analytical, communication, and leadership skills. • Proficiency in financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Hyperion.
