Salesforce Tech Lead

OverviewJob Description:We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with deep expertise in Salesforce Vlocity (Salesforce Industries) to lead our technical team and drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-quality Vlocity solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on development skills with leadership capabilities to guide complex projects and mentor team members.Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce Vlocity solutions for Telecommunication industry vertical. Drive the development and customization of OmniStudio components (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards) to meet evolving business needs. Oversee integration strategies using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms to ensure seamless connectivity between Salesforce and external systems. Provide technical leadership in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and other Salesforce platform technologies. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and project managers to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with business goals. Establish best practices and standards for code quality, testing, deployment, and documentation within the team. Lead code reviews, provide mentorship to developers, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Manage technical risks and resolve complex issues impacting project delivery and system performance. Drive adoption of CI/CD pipelines, Salesforce DX, and version control tools to streamline development workflows. Stay current with Salesforce and Vlocity product releases and evaluate their impact or benefits for ongoing projects. Participate in Agile ceremonies, help with sprint planning, estimation, and ensure timely delivery of features. Support pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise and solution demonstrations when required.Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce Vlocity (Salesforce Industries) solutions. Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex Salesforce Vlocity implementations. Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Vlocity OmniStudio components: OmniScript, DataRaptor, Integration Procedure, FlexCards.
