Multi-Location Operational Leadership... oversee performance and profitability across multiple dealership locations, ensuring elevated customer service standards, operational consistency, and scalable infrastructure.Customer & Commercial Market Development... build and sustain high-value relationships with commercial landscapers, contractors, municipalities, and enterprise accounts to drive market share, loyalty, and recurring revenue.Product & Market Expertise & Service Excellence... leverage deep knowledge of the OPE market to guide sales strategy, service excellence, staff training, and product positioning for both retail and commercial segments.Growth & Expansion Strategy / Team Development... identify, evaluate, and support the acquisition of new store locations, contributing to market expansion and strengthening regional presence... while developing high-performing individuals across Sales and Service teamsSales and Revenue Strategy / Brand Engagement...
