Job Description

Bemobi is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to drive commercial growth across Southeast Asia and South Asia. You will expand partnerships with mobile operators and strategic stakeholders, launch and optimize subscription services and microfinance products, and scale digital distribution—directly impacting revenue and market share.Key responsibilitiesOwn regional revenue targets and deliver sustained revenue growth.Develop, close, and expand partnerships with mobile network operators and other key stakeholders.Lead go-to-market plans and launches of subscription services and microfinance products.Champion Bemobi’s Captive Portal solutions and coordinate technical deployments with internal product/engineering teams.Build and manage a qualified pipeline; forecast accurately and report progress against targets.Identify, onboard, and manage new partners to extend reach and digital distribution.Represent Bemobi at client meetings and industry eventsQualifications & experience3–5+ years of hands-on experience working with mobile operators — including business development, partnership management, or digital services integration.Experience in digital services within the mobile ecosystem—VAS, subscription services and/or microfinance.Established relationships with mobile carriers in SEA/South Asia are strongly preferred.Proven track record in prospecting, consultative selling, running executive meetings, and converting opportunities into revenue.Excellent relationship management and stakeholder influence skills.Clear, persuasive communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills.Self-driven, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a fast-growing, high-ownership environment.Quick learner with a keen interest in how technology shapes mobile media and financial services.Proficient in written and spoken English; additional regional languages are a plus.Willing and able to travel ~50+ days per year within Asia.What we offerHigh-impact role managing a strategic, growth-oriented region with tier-one operator relationships.Opportunity to shape launches across subscription digital services, microfinance, payments, and channel orchestration.A collaborative, global environment and a mission-driven culture focused on impact in emerging markets.About BemobiBemobi is a global technology company operating a B2B2C model in partnership with leading mobile carriers, fintechs, and utilities.
