Regional Sales Director – London & Home CountiesIndustry: Information Security & Risk Management Location: Flexible (with home working options) Package: £110k base (£200k OTE) About the OrganisationA leading global authority in information security and risk management is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Director to drive growth across London and the Home Counties. This is a visible, high-impact role where you will work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute effective go-to-market and revenue strategies.You’ll take ownership of the regional sales plan, identifying opportunities, managing the full sales pipeline, and building trusted relationships with senior-level cybersecurity executives.Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute the sales strategy for the London & Home Counties regionDevelop and deliver a revenue growth strategy across key enterprise and mid-market sectorsAchieve a minimum of 20 new memberships and £1.25m services revenue per yearLeverage your network to generate membership and consultancy opportunitiesCollaborate with marketing on go-to-market initiatives and account growth campaignsProvide regular sales performance reports and accurate revenue forecastsRequirements7+ years’ successful sales experience, including at least 5 years managing large accountsBackground in subscription, research, or professional services sales is highly desirableProven record of exceeding revenue targetsEstablished relationships with senior leaders across the cybersecurity or related sectorsStrong ownership mindset, with the ability to drive change and implement new strategiesExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to influence senior stakeholders, including C-suite executivesSkilled in strategic planning, forecasting, and sales pipeline managementExperience using Salesforce CRMAbout YouStrategic thinker with strong tactical execution skillsInspiring leader with the ability to engage colleagues at all levelsCollaborative team player who thrives on building strong internal relationshipsHigh integrity, strong interpersonal skills, and a reputation for trust and transparencyHighly organised, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environmentCurious, creative, and adaptable — able to thrive in a hands-on environmentHigh emotional intelligence, positive energy, and a professional yet personable styleWhat’s on OfferCompetitive, market-leading compensation and benefits packageDiscretionary annual bonusFlexible and hybrid working optionsOpportunity to attend national and international events, including an annual global conferenceIf you are interested please email your CV to megan.seymour@stottandmay.com for immediate consideration
