Regional Vice President of Retail Sales

ResponsibilitiesAnnieMac Home Mortgage is looking to hire a Full Time Regional Vice President of Retail Sales to be responsible for supervising the Area and Branch Managers in a specific region. Candidates should have experience directly related to the Mortgage Industry. Under the direct supervision of the Senior Vice President of Retail Branch Sales, the job responsibilities of the Regional Vice President of Retail Sales position include, but are not limited, to the following:Assist with the recruitment and hiring of Loan Officers and branches.Provide sales training and support.Provide leadership and direction consistent with the company’s mission, vision and values.Conduct a minimum of one quarterly site visit per branch.Conduct at least 2 meetings per month to track and ensure accountability for branches’ financial, recruitment and production goals.Communicate feedback to corporate services for process improvement to help support branch platform.
