Relationship Manager - EAM (German & English)

Relationship Manager - External Asset Managers (EAM): Serve, develop, and expand the client base, in compliance with the Bank’s internal regulations and guidelines.Responsibilities Developing and promoting wealth management activities to existing clients, with the aim of positioning the Bank as “reference bank” for its clients; Maintaining contacts with all EAMs/clients to ensure a high level of client satisfaction; Prospecting to introduce new relations, through different source of leads; Assessing EAMs/clients’ potential and needs and regularly obtains client/prospect references; Ensuring that contractual documents signed by clients and client files are up-to-date and complying with the Bank’s internal directives; Ensuring clients’ transactions/instructions/requests are executed/addressed correctly, swiftly; Ensuring that the necessary checks and controls have been carried out before initiating or validating client’s transactions; Documenting transactions and client contacts in the Bank’s data systems in accordance with internal directives; Knowing and applying internal directives, banking laws and regulations as well as specific rules;Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field SAQ (CWMA, CFA,etc.) or other equivalent certification Minimum 5 years of experience at the EAM desk of a Swiss Bank Fluent in German & English Strong collaboration skills and excellent communication skills with a positive approachStart: asapThis role is 100% located in Zurich.
