Job RequirementsJob Requirements Role / Job Title: Relationship Manager - Used Commercial VehicleFunction/Department: Rural BankingJob PurposeThe role entails providing financial solutions to meet the requirements of the Automobile (Used Commercial Vehicle) customers and ensure value added customer service. The role will closely collaborate with the product, operations and underwriting teams to drive effective customer acquisition, servicing and deepening. The role bearer would be responsible for providing customers with the best in-class experience to become their banking partner of choice. The role bearer is responsible for acquisition of Automobile (Used Commercial Vehicle) business clients and manage the relationship for a designated branch/multiple branches contributing to the larger branch banking channel objectives.Roles & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for acquiring new customers for Dealership business with a detailed understanding of Credit assessment, providing end to end solutions to clients.Establish close connection with the existing customers through mailers and phone calls, share insights on the fluctuations in interest rates and various product offerings.Empanelment of new DSA and DST in the market.Generate new sales leads for Dealership business customers through referrals from existing clients & promotional activities.Cross Sell.Conduct policy training for internal team members.Proactively resolve customer queries.Aggregate knowledge of competitor products, best practices in the market.Responsible for tracking channels and team for quality sourcing and healthy portfolio. monitoring initial MOBs.Team recruitment & training them in various products/processes.Geographical scoping of potential markets.Managing relationships with DSA, DDSA and DSEs.Secondary ResponsibilitiesAggregate knowledge of competitor products, best practices in the market and share the same to product team on timely basis.Evaluate the growth strategy based on competitor analysis and feedback from different channels/customers.Recommend process changes to improve service efficiency and quality across the branch network.Demonstrated ability in sales planning and conceptualizing promotions and marketing initiatives.Managerial & Leadership ResponsibilitiesHiring - Attract and retain best-in-class talent for key roles in their reporting structure.Performance Management - Monitor key parameters on employee productivity, hiring quality and attrition rates and make necessary improvements.Enable teams to drive growth targets by providing necessary support.Training. Education QualificationGraduation: Any GraduatePost Graduation: Any Post GraduateExperience: 5 - 10 years of relevant experience.
