MyanmarUNESCO YGN/ED/ESPIG/RFP/2025/39_Professional Learning GroupsOrganizationUN Educational, Scientific and Cultural OrganizationPosted 8 Sep 2025 Closing date 30 Sep 2025UNESCO is actively involved in the Global Partnership for Education- Education Sector Program Implementation Grant (GPE-ESPIG) program. Teachers working in conflict and crisis environments face isolation, stress, and limited professional support. To address these challenges, UNESCO aims to establish professional learning groups (PLGs) that foster collaboration, shared learning and emotional support. These groups will contribute to teachers’ professional development and overall well-being. I.

Required Services -Terms Of Reference (TOR)To achieve this initiative, UNESCO is seeking a qualified organization to design and facilitate thematic professional learning groups targeting 1,000 teachers across Myanmar through both online and offline modalities. The selected organization will be responsible for promoting collaborative learning and emotional support and enhancing teacher well-being and professional growth in conflicted affected areas. The selected bidder shall specifically perform the following: Online: Organize and facilitate learning events to engage at least 700 teachers in professional learning groups, based on key themes (e. g.

Educational Leadership and Mentoring, Social Emotional Learning, Literacy, Numeracy, ICT, Teacher Professional Development/Pedagogy), using Myanmar Teacher Platform. Offline: Design and implement offline methods tailored to local contexts (e. g. , phone-based mentoring, printed learning kits, community meet-ups) to reach at least 300 teachers to engage in offline PLGs. Your electronic offer, composed of a technical and a financial proposal in separated electronic files, in accordance with instructions in the solicitation documents, should reach the following address no later than 30th September 2025 16: 00 hours, Yangon, Myanmar time without any copy to any other e-mail addresses. UNESCO reserves the right to amend the documents at any time during the solicitation process.
