EBP Audit Supervisor/ManagerPosition OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and experienced EBP Audit Supervisor/Manager to oversee and manage our Employee Benefit Plan audit engagements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with ERISA regulations and providing exceptional service to our clients in the public accounting sector.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage employee benefit plan audit engagements for various clientsEnsure compliance with ERISA regulations and applicable auditing standardsPrepare and review financial statements and audit reports related to employee benefit plansLead audit teams and provide training and mentorship to junior staffCommunicate effectively with clients to address their audit needs and provide recommendationsStay updated on changes in regulations and industry standards related to employee benefits and auditsAssist in business development efforts by identifying opportunities for service improvement and expansionQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or related fieldCPA certification is requiredMinimum 5 years of public accounting experience with a focus on employee benefit plan auditsIn-depth knowledge of ERISA regulations and employee benefit plans (401K, 403b, IRA)Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in audit software and Microsoft Office SuiteEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
