Role & responsibilities Lead Qualification & ProspectingLead a team of Enterprise Agreement (EA) Renewal Specialists, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to achieve business objectives.Develop and execute renewal strategies for both managed accounts and Top Unmanaged Accounts (UMA), expanding the overall customer footprint.Coordinate with regional and global teams to ensure renewal excellence and growth across all assigned accounts.Customer & Account EngagementAct as the primary contact for key enterprise customers and Top Unmanaged Accounts, establishing trusted relationships and ensuring renewal readiness.Proactively identify renewal risks, renewal-ready opportunities, and potential expansion areas within target accounts.Conduct strategic discussions with customers to communicate the Cybersecurity value proposition and align renewal roadmaps with their future business needs.Pipeline & Opportunity ManagementOversee the Enterprise Agreement renewals pipeline, ensuring forecasting accuracy and timely processing of all renewals.Identify, qualify, and convert renewal opportunities within Top Unmanaged Accounts to achieve strong engagement and closure rates.Track and report key metrics, including renewal conversion, revenue contribution, and upsell/cross-sell progress.Stakeholder CollaborationCollaborate with Product Managers, Technical Account Managers, Partner Account Managers, and Customer Engineers to ensure customer satisfaction and business continuity.Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to design targeted outreach campaigns aimed at activating and converting Top Unmanaged Accounts.Performance & GovernanceMaintain data accuracy and hygiene across CRM systems and trackers, ensuring visibility into all renewal and account engagement activities.Meet and exceed performance targets related to renewal conversion, net-new revenue, and customer expansion. Skills and QualificationsBachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field; MBA preferred.7+ years of sales, renewals, or account management experience within the cybersecurity domain.Proven track record in renewals management, account retention, and inside sales.Demonstrated ability to engage with unmanaged or dormant accounts, driving conversion and revenue growth.Strong understanding of Cybersecurity products and solutions.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.High degree of ownership, self-motivation, and passion for customer success.Preferred AttributesFamiliarity with cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or vendor-specific credentials (e.g., Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Kaspersky).Prior experience working with Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) or global cybersecurity vendors' If interested kindly reach out atsharma.ayushi@denave.com
