Tips: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and test new food products, recipes, and formulations aligned with company goals. Improve existing products to enhance quality, taste, shelf life, and cost efficiency. Conduct sensory evaluations, shelf-life studies, and pilot trials. Research market trends, ingredients, and processing technologies for new product opportunities. Collaborate with production, quality, and marketing teams to ensure product feasibility andscalability. Maintain accurate documentation of formulations, test results, and regulatory compliance. Support the implementation of new products into full-scale production. Ensure all new developments comply with local and international food safety and labelingregulations.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in food R&D, preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing. Strong knowledge of ingredient functionality, product formulation, and process development. Analytical mindset with creative problem-solving skills. Familiarity with HACCP, ISO 22000, and other quality standards. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
