Reseller Program Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our Reseller Business Program's team. The Program Manager will play a critical role in planning, executing, and monitoring various projects related to programs being designed and implemented by the Reseller Business Team at Meta. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.The position requires critical-thinking and organizational skills, as well as proven ownership and operation rigor. Solid understanding of the ad industry, knowledge of Facebook's family of messaging apps, and cross-functional management experience is a plus.Reseller Program Manager Responsibilities:Owns the execution and operations of SMB Business scaling programsLead programs and define engagement model to build scalable partnershipsBuild reports and share progress with identified group on the key operational metrics of the programImprove operational efficiency & drive communication and influence a broad range of stakeholdersContribute to Business scaling strategy to enable SMB businesses by identifying key growth opportunitiesManage information cadences and processes, including status updates to executive leaders, escalations and mitigations and overall documentation managementWork closely with Data Science and Analytics teams to determine return on investment and measure efficacy of programs, developing insights driven processesEffectively manage complex projects across multiple program management, engineering, product and marketing organizationsMinimum Qualifications:Minimum of 6 years relevant working experience in sales, marketing, program management or MNC with China market experience / exposureExperience in project management framework, has the rigor and the ability to bring order to a complex projectAbility to plan out business strategies while demonstrating a proven record for hands-on execution and detail orientationExperience leading cross-functional teams to drive results and solve problems, communicating effectively with individual stakeholders and teamsProven ability to think analytically about issues and influence internal and external stakeholdersAbility to handle the pace and ambiguity with positivity and a growth mindsetProven experience working at a matrix organization or corporate place, consulting experience is a plusFluency in both English and Mandarin as the Reseller Program Manager will manage clients whose usual business language is Mandarin and EnglishPreferred Qualifications:Experience in Digital/ Advertising industryExperience in leading programs or business planning with multiple cross functional teams (including Sales)Experience in improving efficiency through leveraging various AI toolsMBA is a plusAbout Meta:Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
