We are seeking a motivated team player to join the Resource Consent Team as a Resource Consent Administrator.We have two permanent positions available between 20 - 40 hours a week Monday to Friday, 8.30-5.00pm (Hours are flexible)About the role:As the Resource Consent Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration tasks that support the delivery and effective operations of the Planning Technical Advisory Team and the wider Resource Consents Business Unit.You will be responsible for:Application entry and maintaining records for resource consent applicationsResponding to customer enquiries in a timely mannerDeveloping end of month reporting to distribute to wider teamsMaintaining and updating relevant webpages to ensure accuracyProvide general administrative support to the Planning Technical Advisory Team and the wider Resource Consents Business Unit About the Team:The Resource Consent Team is a fundamental part of the Planning Team. They are collaborative, supportive, hardworking and enjoy celebrating the wins and milestones. The team consist of 3 Resource Consent Administrators and 3 Planning Technical Advisors that report to the Planning Technical Advisory Team Leader.About you:We are looking for someone who enjoys working as a team player, has a great sense of humour and able to build rapport with people from all backgrounds.You will have a can-do attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.You will also have:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and keyboard skills.Sound organisational and time management skills to meet tight deadlinesAbility to pick up new systems quickly and look for ways to improve processesAbility to remain clam under pressureCompetent user of Microsoft Suite applicationsTraining will be provided to the successful candidates.
