Position Impact This role is critical for ZURU's operational excellence and digital transformation. In the short term, you will bring structure, security, and best practices to our collaboration environment, directly reducing risk and improving team efficiency. Long term, you will architect a future-proof digital workplace platform that enables seamless global collaboration, accelerates project delivery, and maximizes our return on investment in the Microsoft 365 suite.Roles & ResponsibilitiesArchitect, design, and implement the overall strategy and governance for ZURU's Microsoft 365 collaboration suite (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Viva Engage).Develop and enforce policies for secure access, data governance, and compliance using Microsoft Purview, including Sensitivity Labels and Data Loss Prevention (DLP).Design and implement a modern SharePoint Online information architecture, including hub sites, metadata management, and site lifecycle policies.Lead the technical design and deployment of Microsoft Teams, including team structures, guest collaboration, and app integration.Automate business processes and build integrated solutions using the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) to enhance collaboration efficiency.Act as the highest level of escalation for complex issues related to M365 collaboration services.Develop and maintain documentation for architectural designs, operational procedures, and user best practices.Evaluate new M365 features and technologies, providing recommendations and leading pilot implementations to drive continuous improvement.Skills & ExperienceProven experience as a SharePoint/M365 Architect or similar senior role, with a deep understanding of the Microsoft 365 stack, especially SharePoint Online, Teams, and Entra ID (Azure AD).Demonstrable expertise in designing and implementing security and compliance solutions within Microsoft Purview.Strong experience in designing and deploying a modern SharePoint information architecture and governing Microsoft Teams in an enterprise environment.Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) for creating business solutions and automating workflows.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into secure, technical architectures and solutions.LIFE@ZURUAt ZURU, we have cultivated a high-performing culture that encourages excellence.
