The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff hiring and training, and maintain compliance with food and safety regulations. The role requires monitoring food and beverage quality, optimizing customer satisfaction, and managing inventory and budget effectively. The Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for ensuring smooth communication among staff and addressing any operational issues promptly. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred; relevant experience can substitute for educational requirementsMin 2 years experience as Restaurant Manager (preferable Padang Restaurant)Strong expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer ServiceSkilled in Hiring and team management for restaurant operationsExcellent Communication skills for managing staff and engaging with customersKnowledge and experience in Food & Beverage industry, including menu planning and quality assuranceStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage budgets, inventory, and scheduling effectivelyFamiliarity with health and safety regulations for food service
